We do so with customized mentoring and sustained business support at no cost to you. It is our mission at Wadhwani Foundation’s National Entrepreneurship Network (WF – NEN) to help accelerate growth-oriented companies and make a difference to our economy.

The program provides focused coaching and consulting on three growth levers – CUSTOMER, CASH, and CAPACITY. We provide investor and customer connects as part of the program.

Our growth coaches, domain experts and mentors will work with participating entrepreneurs one-on-one to help achieve tangible growth with focus on right ‘Traction Metrics’.

Selection Criteria

  • Vision Alignment: Entrepreneur hunger to grow the business multifold and openness to be supported
  • Growth Potential of the Sector and Business: Companies with potential to grow 2x-10x and with current revenues of INR 5 crores – 50 crores
  • Job Growth Potential: Business growth is coupled with employment growth to address the job crisis in the country
